Richardo Gordon Ministries Institute (R.G.M.I) formerly named Ministry Training Institute was birthed out of a deep desire to equip the saints for the work of the ministry. Bishop Richardo Gordon was formerly trained at the Institute of Leadership and Theological Development in conjunction with the United Theological College of the West Indies where he received a Bachelors of Art in Theology.
Upon taking Pastoral assignment with the United Church of Jamaica and the Cayman Islands Bishop Gordon realized that his Theological training did not sufficiently equip him for the practical work of ministry.
This became a part of his motivation to start an institute that would both theoretically develop the minds of students and practically impart and activate students into their giftings and call.
No doubt, this is indeed a School for the Supernatural.
